Agents were at their desks, near the phone or they were out on an appointment. If you called and the agent you wanted wasn’t available, a real, live person took a message for them. For some real estate agents, those days of great service are gone forever. Not so when you are working with our real estate team!
You see, the whole team concept is about great customer service, not using technology to insulate us from our customers and clients. Some agents are the masters of “the juggle”—they answer the phone, schedule the appointments, handle inspections, type the offers, handle negotiations and coordinate the closing. How do you know if an agent is a “juggler”?? Simple, really. You ALWAYS have to wait for THEM in order to get anything done. They have a great voicemail message—they’d better have! Most people get that voicemail message dozens of times each day. They are always on the phone—even when they are driving in the car. They are usually in a hurry and they always seem ‘busy’ and ‘successful’. But you have to ask yourself—does it have to be that way? Wouldn’t you like to know that there is someone whose job it is to be in the office, able to answer your phone call, able to give you an answer to a question, keeping track of YOUR transaction instead of racing off to put together the next deal? We thought so! That is why we practice real estate in the team concept. We make a little less money than those ‘super agents’, but we love giving “wow” service to folks like you, who might have thought nobody still does business like they did in the good, old days!
From before your first meeting with us, until well after your transaction is closed, you will know the name and direct phone number of the team member working on your transaction each step of the way. Can’t reach that team member? We will always make sure you have a backup contact person. And since every one of our team members is a fully-licensed real estate agent, anyone you reach is qualified and capable of handling any problem that arises. We think you’ll rest easier knowing you won’t be dropped by a “juggler”. Why don’t all real estate agents work in teams? You’ll have to ask them. We can’t think of a better way to take the stress out of a real estate transaction. We hope you will agree.
